Firuz Aga Mosque

Firuz Aga Mosque is located on Divanyolu Avenue . It was built between 1490 and 1491 by Firuz Aga who was the treasury keeper in Bayezid reign . It is a small square-planned building with a single dome . The dome has an octagon drum . The inner decorations consist mainly of pen crafts on the inner walls and on the altar of the mosque . There is a sarcophagus on the side of the minaret that belongs to Firuz Aga who died in 1512 .
