Turkish Name: Surp Krikor Lusavoric Kilisesi
Surp Krikor Lusavoric Church is located between Karakity and Tophane , north wall facing Kemeralti Avenue . Architect Bedros Zobyan planned the construction of the church and in August 1965 , it was opened for prayer by Patriarch Smorhk Kalustyan .
The architecture of the church belongs to the Armenian Architecture . After the entrance next to the bell tower , there is the main area which measures 10m by 14m . The dome sitting on archways and pendentives , has a high decorated frame and is 23 meters high from the ground . Top of the abscissa has roof tiles coverage .
