It is located little further from the Ancient Eastern Works Museum . The building was completed in 1472 during the reign of Fatih Sultan Mehmet . This is a fascinating two-storied building opposite the Archeological Museum . The pavilion has a cross plan , with rooms (open niches) at the points of the cross and a small dome over the center of the cross . There are exhibitions of Turkish tile art from the different periods , from 13th to 19th century , in display and mounted on the walls .
